The version number is always in the name (it comes from the kernel, currently 0.3). On the website they're at
nullos.de/download/nullos-<version>-x86_64.img (and .iso,
SHA256SUMS).
Everything is inside: bootloader, kernel and a RAM file system with the shell and a good 400 tools.
Runs only on PCs with UEFI (x86_64) – old BIOS machines won't start it.
So far the images have only been started in QEMU, not yet on a real PC. coming soon
Check that everything is intact
shasum -a 256 -c SHA256SUMS # macOS

If every file says OK or ok: all good. Otherwise download again.
